Thawing Instructions: Remove from freezer and thaw in the refrigerator for 6 hours, or continuously thaw for 1 hour at room temperature. Do not re-freeze after thawing.

Cooking Instructions: Boil water and add raw prawns, or grill/sauté prawns for 2 to 3 minutes. Cook until they turn pink and opaque.
